30/60/90-day follow-up, manager confirmation, action-plan completion, or behavior checklist.
Business outcome
Client-confirmed metric, sponsor statement, case study, or KPI movement with assumptions declared.
Current year cohort data and tier-specific proof are available for review.
A non-GTF evaluation platform may be accepted only if it preserves cohort locking, export, consent, and audit access.
Serious unresolved complaints can hold, downgrade, suspend, or revoke a credential.
