GTF gives buyers public records for trainer membership, credential standing, assessment evidence, and program endorsement. Trainers can join the federation, appear after approval, and build toward evidence-backed recognition.
Public registry
Use this public record check to review profile approval, active credential standing, linked assessment evidence, and program endorsement where available. If a claimed GTF credential is not listed as active here, treat the claim as unverified and submit a contact request before appointment.
For trainers
GTF membership gives trainers a public federation profile and a route into evidence-led professional recognition. Membership itself is not certification.

Approved trainer profiles can be found by clients using country, city, and specialisation, so buyers do not have to rely only on referrals or social media posts.
View directoryAfter joining, members can work toward Certified, Professional, or Master recognition through evidence, ethics standing, review, and renewal.
The first 50 approved members in each country receive lifetime free membership and one free credential review. Ranks 1 to 20 receive 80% renewal discount. Ranks 21 to 50 receive 50% renewal discount.
Credential standards
Shows how participants rated the course and trainer after a verified cohort.
Shows whether participants learned or demonstrated the skill, not just whether they liked the session.
Shows whether participants used the learning at work after the training.
Shows whether the client can confirm a useful result, metric, case, or sponsor statement.
GTF separates profile approval, credential standing, assessment evidence, and program endorsement so buyers can read each signal clearly.
Ratings are shown only when enough linked evaluation data exists. Otherwise the record states that the public average is not yet available.
Serious unresolved complaints can hold, downgrade, suspend, or revoke a credential.
For buyers
Clients can use GTF like a trainer evidence check: find the profile, read the public signals, and verify whether a claimed credential or endorsement is currently supported.
Search the directory by location and specialisation. Shortlist trainers with relevant experience. Check membership number, credential standing, assessment signal, and public links before appointment. Ask for recent client confirmations and outcome evidence when the engagement is high value.

Review evidence systemFAQ
Global Trainers Federation is an independent trainer verification and evidence platform for buyers, trainers, and program owners. It separates membership profile approval, credential standing, assessment evidence, and program endorsement.
No. Membership means an approved trainer profile can appear in the GTF directory. Certification or credential standing requires review and an active public registry record.
Search the public directory and registry. If a claimed GTF credential is not listed as active, treat the claim as unverified and contact GTF before appointment.
Renewal depends on current evidence, including client confirmations, learning cases, transfer cases, outcome evidence, peer review, ethics standing, the required average rating for the credential level, and no core evaluation item below 3.8/5.0.
Program endorsement is a documentary evidence review of a training program's content, delivery design, materials, references, implementation evidence, and reviewer decision. Normal review uses three Master Trainer reviewers: home-country, same-domain, and one independent reviewer. The Trainer Quality Council steps in only for disputes, complaints, unclear evidence, appeals, badge misuse, or standards consistency issues.
