GTF collects information needed to run membership applications, public directory profiles, contact requests, trainer evaluation records, credential reviews, program endorsement reviews, and renewal decisions.
Evaluation submissions are stored as structured records linked to a course, trainer, client, and cohort where available.
Contact form submissions are stored for GTF admin follow-up and may include name, email, organisation, topic, and message.
Admin users may access submitted evidence for approval, renewal, complaint handling, quality review, and export where required.
