Trainer competencies

Competence has more than one dimension.

GTF recognises that trainer quality depends on domain expertise, delivery capability, and the ability to help people transfer learning into work.

B

How this connects to directory search

Specialisation is a search filter. Competency is the deeper check.

Clients can start with country, city, and specialisation. For important engagements, they should also ask how the trainer designs practice, measures learning, supports transfer, and confirms outcomes.
