GTF renewal is designed to keep credential standing active only when a trainer continues to collect participant, client, transfer, outcome, and peer evidence.

Renewal conditions

The annual evidence floor.

First-year credentialing may consider existing data submitted on trust basis. Renewal must depend on evidence from GTF systems or an approved equivalent assessment system.

Evaluation records

Members link course evaluations to their member profile so Level 1 evidence can be counted during renewal review.

Case uploads or links

Members submit learning, transfer, and outcome cases through renewal records, using links or files where evidence is held externally.

Admin approval

GTF admin reviews the evidence before credential standing is renewed in the public registry.
